Drug Uses
Claritin is an antihistamine. It is used to cure symptoms of seasonal allergy and other allergies, including sneezing, runny nose, and red, itchy, tearing eyes. Claritin causes less drowsiness than other antihistamines.
How Taken
Claritin comes as a tablet to take orally. 12 Hour Tablet is taken 2 times a day (keeping a 12 hour interval between the dosages), 24 Hour Tablet- is taken once a day. You should swallow this product. Don't break or chew the tablet. Use Claritin with plenty of water.
Additional Information
While taking Claritin, you should be careful when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Sometimes this product can cause drowsiness and dizziness.
